  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, suspicion of fraud, or pricing errors).

  • Pricing Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Colors and Sizing: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your display will perfectly reflect the actual color of the product. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

3. SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS, AND CUSTOMS

  • Shipping Origins: Our inventory may be dispatched from multiple domestic or international fulfillment hubs including fulfillment facilities in the United States and Turkey depending on stock availability and destination.

  • Transfer of Risk: All items purchased from our Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx).

  • International Import Duties & Taxes: If you order products for delivery outside of the shipping country's origin, you are considered the "Importer of Record." You may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Because fit is essential in fashion, we want you to love your purchase. However, to maintain high hygiene and product standards, our return policy is strictly enforced:

  • Return Window: Items must be requested for return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, garments must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition received, with all original tags, labels, and hygiene strips firmly attached.

  • Rejection Criteria: Any items returned with visible signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or pet hair will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense, or discarded without a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs: 

    The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
