Shipping & Delivery Policy | 2026 Edition
At Modesso, we bridge the gap between artisanal Turkish craftsmanship and modern American style. To ensure the highest quality and availability, we fulfill orders from two global hubs.
1. Shipping Origins
Your order may be dispatched from one of two locations depending on stock availability and the specific collection:
- Domestic US Warehouse: Located in the USA for rapid delivery of our core essentials.
- International Atelier (Turkey): Direct shipping from our design center in Istanbul for our latest seasonal releases.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important Notice for 2026: Following the update to US import regulations (removal of the de minimis threshold), all items arriving from our Turkey Atelier are now subject to formal customs entry.
Responsibility: For shipments originating from Turkey, the customer is the "Importer of Record." You will be responsible for paying all applicable import duties and taxes assessed by US Customs.
Payment: Our carrier (FedEx/DHL) will contact you via email or SMS with a secure link to pay these fees before delivery. Orders shipped from our US warehouse are not subject to these duties.
4. Order Processing
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is in transit. If your order contains items from both locations, you will receive separate tracking numbers and packages.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship exclusively to the 50 United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for international shipments from Turkey due to carrier requirements.
